I've been busy planning Emma's birthday party. We are in disbelief that she will be one on the 12th of next month. I taught myself some new skills in Photoshop and created her invitations myself (complete with photos, of course) then had them press printed from my new favorite photo lab (not that I knew of that many, ha!). They turned out beautifully.
I was also very excited to get to do my first ever "official" photography session for the Fuller family. Baby Carter was so tiny and sweet and big sister Heaven just a doll. She finally warmed up to me. If we hadn't run out of daylight, I could have stayed much longer! I appreciate them giving me the opportunity to photograph their family.
I'm working on getting things together (packaging, labels, equipment, etc.) for a hopefully budding photography career. I really do enjoy catching those fleeting moments on "film". Time passes by so quickly and photographs help remind us of those treasured moments we might otherwise forget.
I hope they don't mind, but want to share a few of the pictures I got last week of the Fullers.

Wow! You are very talented! We really need to come have you take our picture. Maybe?!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you finally posted and can't believe your baby is going to be one!

Seeing these pics made me so excited for our session with you! I especially love the playfulness of the peek-a-boo behind the tree. You're awesome!
